This policy explains eligible returns, exchanges and refunds while preserving rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Eligibility and request window
Within 30 days after delivery, customers can ask us to review qualifying new and unused merchandise, including a change of mind or an option chosen in error. We also address items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or substantially different from their description. Include the order number, checkout email and an explanation; photographs or video can support a product issue.
Approval before mailing
Email ofiqawik572@gmail.com before sending anything. We provide the correct return address and instructions after review. The General mailing address is not automatically the return warehouse.
Label, exchange and refund
Contact us for approval and accurate return directions before sending a parcel. The shipment contains a free prepaid label for an approved mail return, and assistance is available if the label was not received. There is no restocking fee. Exchanges are reviewed against stock. Within 10 days after approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method; bank or card posting may take longer.
