Orders and delivery
An order submission is an offer to purchase. Acceptance depends on inventory, accurate information, payment authorization, security review, displayed charges and delivery availability. Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment is authorized. Once dispatched, carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. Returns and exchanges
Within 30 days after delivery, customers can ask us to review qualifying new and unused merchandise, including a change of mind or an option chosen in error. We also address items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or substantially different from their description. Contact us for approval and accurate return directions before sending a parcel. The shipment contains a free prepaid label for an approved mail return, and assistance is available if the label was not received. There is no restocking fee. Exchanges are reviewed against stock.
